## What this site does

Jobs are sourced directly from applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday. Results link straight to the posting on the company's own careers site, which is where candidates should apply anyway. Postings appear here before they show up on job boards like LinkedIn, sometimes days earlier. Searching here means applying early, when fewer candidates have seen the posting.

## How to use it

- Type a job title to see fresh postings from the last 24 hours, grouped by ATS platform
- Search multiple titles at once by separating them with commas, like: qa engineer, engineering manager, data scientist
- Add a location to the search terms to narrow results, like: marketing director uk
- Use the checkmarks next to each result to track which searches you have already reviewed
- Toggle the time increment to widen or narrow how recent the postings are

## Why ATS postings beat LinkedIn on timing

LinkedIn does not receive most job postings in real time. There are two paths a job takes from an ATS to LinkedIn:

1. Paid path. Companies using LinkedIn's Apply Connect API integration get postings synced in near real time. This requires a paid LinkedIn product.
2. Free or default path. Postings reach LinkedIn through scheduled XML feed scrapes or basic integrations. This introduces delays of roughly 6 to 72 hours depending on the ATS platform.

This pattern was documented across roughly 25 ATS platforms. The practical takeaway is that a posting marked "1 hour ago" on LinkedIn may have been live on the company's ATS for one to three days.

Brian Batt built this tool during a layoff in February 2023 after finding that listings on LinkedIn and Indeed were old and already had hundreds of applicants. He developed a simple search process in Notion that got him more interviews, then converted it into a free tool over one weekend. It is recommended by career coaches and used daily by job seekers.
